Debbie Corley of DC Pottery creates pieces that are mostly wheel thrown, but she constructs some hand built pieces as well, focusing on functional ware that is intended to be used and enjoyed in daily life.

Inspired by the outdoors, the changing seasons, and the organic patterns and textures found in nature, her work includes spring florals, the seashore, fall leaves, and winter pines.

Debbie’s surface designs are created by employing carving techniques, hand painting, and layering underglazes and decals in her work.
Whether displayed as decorative pieces or used in everyday life, handcrafted artisan pottery adds a touch of warmth, authenticity, and craftsmanship to any setting, making it a cherished addition to homes.
